Mr. Willi Kawohl, the expert of the EED Organization (Germany), on July 7 2009 held a seminar-training for the A.D.Sakharov Armenian Human Rights Center.

The following questions were discussed at the seminar:

• The current financial management system of the NGO;

• Strategy for financial risk management;

• Methodology of development of a short-term financial strategic plan for the NGO.
