The problem of an individual should become the problem of society.

1. To arrange for optional lessons subject-matter series of lectures, workshops, discussions and disputes on such issues as the building of civil society, the democratization of power branches, the national legislation and various aspects of international law to be conducted for the beneficiaries.
2. To draw up subject-matter memorandums, brochures, booklets and leaflets to publicize relevant aspects of the RA national legislation, international law, the actual situation regarding such negative phenomena as transnational crime, trafficking, etc. as well as outcomes of local functioning of regional Branches of the A. D. Sakharov Armenian Human Rights Centre, and to demonstrate them among local people.
3. To make arrangements with local media for public discussions of the problems regarding specific aspects of legal, socio-economic and socio-political relations between community members and the authorities of different level of government.
4. To develop curricula, training aids and manuals, and methodological guidelines so that the educational activities should be regulated.
5. To set up information offices in rural communities and small towns to be provided with the stock of relevant printed matters on such issues as the building of civil society, the development of democratic institutions, the RA national legislation and international rules of law as well as with periodicals, audio- and video-cassettes and other informative items.
